Agribusiness Connect

Agribusiness Connect Scholarship program

The UWA Agribusiness Connect Program will provide scholarships to UWA agriculture students to enable them to participate in outstanding opportunities which include research projects, work placements and international exchanges. Through the program they will enhance and apply their theoretical and practical knowledge and skills; improve their work readiness and increase their networks in regional WA, international universities and the agriculture sector. On completion of the program, the students will share their learnings with stakeholders in regional WA.

The Science and Agribusiness Connect (SAC) initiative has been made possible by the State Government’s Royalties for Regions program and aims to build the capability of the agriculture science sector in Western Australia (WA), improve agriculture practices in WA, and develop WA’s research excellence in agriculture science.
